Order processing times
Our orders are processed and printed within 1-3 business days. Sublimated textile orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Please note: During seasonal times like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas, all order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping times
We ship from our print houses located in the United States. We currently ship to the United States with plans to expand to Canada by 2027!
- Orders shipping within the United States should arrive within 3-5 business days.
- Orders shipping internationally to Canada should arrive within 7-10 business days.
- *Due to increased demand for shipping during November and December, orders may take longer to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding as your shipping is handled by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or another shipping company.
Shipping costs
- Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $74.99 or less before taxes have a flat rate of $8.
- Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $75.00 or more before taxes have free shipping.
- Orders over $250.00 may be required to be signed for before delivery can be completed.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations
We have a 30-day return policy for damaged or faulty merchandise. This means you have 30 days after tracking indicates an order has been delivered in which to request a return. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Tracking information
We provide real time tracking information on all of our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at InkwraithMerch@gmail.com. We will do our best to locate the package and keep you informed.
